
I met Levent master while he was selling pastry at his stall. One tray of pastry would come and another would go. The pastry were sold out in a very short time. That was when I first tasted it. It was a wonderful and unique taste. You just wanted to eat more and more. I thought other people should definitely notice this taste.
It is good to start a job from the beginning. After our meeting with Levent master, we got down to work. Logo design, web design, social media… Social media would be the most important mass media tool for us in this sector. It happened as we thought. The right and smart steps we took brought us closer to our goal every passing day.
The priority for Levent pastry was to create brand awareness. The more people we could deliver this taste, the faster we would reach our target audience. And that’s what happened. In a very short time, Levent pastry became a world-renowned brand.
The best thing in life or one of the best parts of my job is making something you do known to everyone. When you look at where it is now, you say, “Yes, I’m glad I did this job.”
In creating a brand: we need to know the brand that will be created well. I learned how to make and cook Levent pastry. I attended branch openings. I listened to the thoughts of the guests firsthand. I got to know the product and listened to those who were aware of the product.
The result is now a brand with more than 200 branches in Turkey and around the world.
